Exquisitely flavorful and spicy chicken slowly simmered in Berbere sauce, served with chicken drumstick and hard-boiled egg.

08. Doro Alicha  

Chicken drumsticks and a hard-boiled egg, simmered in mild and flavorful onions, ginger root and a pinch of cardamom.
